BRICK Pop Up Shops seek to provide space and opportunity for entrepreneurs to test and grow their businesses in real-time.

OUR SPACE

Our new pop up space is located on a visible corner in the Pendleton neighborhood directly across from Hard Rock Casino. Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to rent approximately 531 square ft. of retail space for a weekend at a time (Friday-Sunday).

Though you can rent the pop up shop solely for your own business, we often encourage partnering with one to three other businesses for a weekend. You can think of your pop-up shop as having a “theme” or “vibe” that you and the other partnering vendors can curate for a shared pop up shop. If you decide to go about your pop up shop this way, you can also split the cost of the space rental with the other vendors!

Cost to rent from Friday-Sunday is $300

WHAT WE PROVIDE
  • The space (and all the necessary things that come with it - power, wifi, lighting, heating & air conditioning,  restrooms, etc.)!
  • Shelving - we have several types of shelving permanently installed around the shop, but you are welcome to bring more of your own if needed.
  • Tables - several of different shapes.
  • Garment racks - we can provide up to 2.
  • Hangers - we have lots!
  • POS system if needed.

 In case you haven’t heard, the new MORTAR HQ in Walnut Hills is currently under construction and slated to open in Spring 2024.

As we begin the transition to our new space, BRICK Pop-Up Shops will be unavailable for rental beginning January 1, 2024. We’re creating something special and can’t wait for you to spend time with us in the new space! To learn more, click the button below!
